“It is called the sacrament of Reconciliation, because it imparts to the sinner the love of God who reconciles.”

— Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1424

The Sacrament of Reconciliation (also known as Confession or Penance) is a powerful encounter with the mercy of God. Through the ministry of a priest, Christ forgives the sins we have committed after Baptism and restores us to friendship with God.

Confessions are heard at St. Mary's on Saturdays from 4:15 to 4:45 PM, and at St. Joseph's on Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:00 AM. Confession is also available by appointment — please contact the parish office.
